i liked the cleanliness A LOT. the staff was always friendly and ready to help, THAT IS important. the hotel is in a super convenient location near public transport. I would come back anytime.
the hanging storage was limited and had shelves INSTEAD of drawers. i could not find ironing facilities in the room, that was not good. i had to ask for an ironing board and iron.

the hotel enjoys a SUPER location. Saldanha Metro is close to the hotel, it is around 200 meters. plenty of bus options are nearby, THAT IS convenient.

the hotel staff seemed very nice. daily cleaning and tidying of the room was fantastic, that was important. the staff were helpful, THAT'S great.

breakfast had lots of choices. breakfast included bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and tomatoes. the breakfast was good VALUE.

The bathroom was wonderful. Fluffy towels awaited. the location worked well for city travel with easy access to both bus and metro lines. the staff stored my luggage securely after checkout, great for further exploration before my flight.
i found the hanging storage in the bedroom quite limited, consisting mainly of shelves instead of drawers.
